Digital Account Executive - Collaborative Environment

Reporting to the Head of Client Success, the Digital Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and planning, implementing, reporting and communicating strategic digital marketing solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

Communication

• Service fulfillment meeting key SLA's, keyword research, content, campaign reviews
• Ability to clearly communicate with clients by phone
• Running meetings and achieving objectives with clients
• Managing client expectations

Activities

• Resolving problems and conflict
• Client feedback
• Asana management
• Hosting internal and external workshops
• Network relationship building 

Our Requirements:

The Essentials

• Technical SEO knowledge
• Competency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, G Business Profile, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, PowerBI
• Project management on Asana and Hubspot
• Performance media knowledge

• General attention to detail
• Up to date with industry trends and changes
• Receptivity to feedback
• Team involvement and collaboration
• Stakeholder management

Candidates with prior account management experience will be highly desired by the client.
