Join us as Digital Audio Sales Director and take the lead in shaping the future of audio. We're after a dynamic commercial leader with strong industry ties, digital expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Day to day you will: 

• Develop and execute the digital audio sales strategy aligned with Nine Radio’s commercial goals
• Identify growth opportunities in podcast monetisation, digital streaming, and programmatic audio
• Drive revenue performance for digital audio products and platforms, meeting or exceeding targets
• Lead direct and agency sales efforts, building strong relationships with media buyers and advertisers
• Collaborate with content, product, tech, and data teams to package and position digital audio inventory
• Champion innovation in audio formats, ad-tech, and data-driven selling
• Lead and mentor the digital audio sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Upskill the broader sales force on digital audio trends and capabilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders across digital, data, and radio divisions for integrated solutions
• Represent Nine Radio at industry events and forums, including CRA and IAB as needed

What you'll bring: 

• Demonstrated experience years in media sales with significant experience in digital & audio media.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships in a competitive market.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising technologies, including programmatic, data targeting, and attribution.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
