Digital Campaign Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Campaign Analyst for Sydney based assignment.

• Work closely with inter-departmental and cross-functional teams to embed and optimise customer insights into marketing campaigns.
• Conduct pre-campaign analysis for outbound and inbound contact campaigns - Influence outcomes.
• Consider and advise impacts of recency and frequency of customer contacts on campaign and program outcomes.
• Make recommendations on marketing volumes and marketing strategy through data insights and past campaign results.
• Design and development of marketing campaigns using SQL and SAS.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the company's databases, data structures and core analytical procedures.
• Develop a high level of skill in the core software packages required to perform analysis.
• Share relevant knowledge with others to encourage any mutual benefit across the team.
• Present Optimisation results back to all stakeholders of the campaign, outlining key findings and suggestions for improvement.
• Develop and present new options or opportunities for clients to leverage the data and capabilities of Data Analytics.
• Suggest/Make improvements through greater standardisation, speed, simplicity or automation of Analysis/Data or Campaign processes.
• Demonstrate an understanding of client business objectives, recommending new or improved solutions based on client needs.

Competencies

• Rigorously commercial, client focussed approach to Analytics.
• Statistical analysis skills(Non-negotiable). Should have demonstrated in previous role.
• A willingness to learn new applications and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present complex information simply and directly
• Ability to organise tasks and manage time to consistently meet deadlines
• Perseveres and succeeds under stressful, ambiguous or challenging circumstances
