We are seeking a Digital Consultant to join our Australia Digital team. You will work alongside senior leaders and technical experts to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver impactful digital projects across mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The role is designed for professionals with 3–5 years’ experience who are looking to accelerate their careers in digital consulting. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on driving measurable value through digital transformation.This role is suited to a developing professional who has gained foundational experience and is ready to step into a client-facing consulting environment, contributing to project delivery, shaping solutions, and supporting business development activities.

As the Successful Candidate, You will be able to easily demonstrate the following capabilities:

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Support the delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and expected outcomes


• Assist in defining project scope, governance, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders


• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (digital, IT/OT, automation, operations) to deliver integrated solutions


• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, escalating issues where required


• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagement sessions

Business Development & Sales Support

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify digital opportunities


• Contribute to proposal development, business cases, and solution definition


• Support sales pursuits by articulating value propositions and digital solution benefits


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and growth


• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new opportunities

Digital & Technical Contribution

• Support the development and application of digital solutions such as analytics, AI, and integrated operations platforms


• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution concepts


• PLC / HMI / SCADA coding experience would be a beneficial including Rockwell Studio 5000, Citect SCADA, Rockwell Factorytalk View


• Software coding experience would be a beneficial including: SQL, C#.NET / VB.NET, Python, Javascript
