Job Description - Digital Content Manager

So what's the gig?


Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Digital Content Manager to own end-to-end content creation, social media management, and paid digital execution. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll sit at the intersection of content, campaigns, and marketing operations, playing a central part in how Kolmeo shows up in the market.


Our ideal candidate


You've done your time in digital marketing coordinator roles and know the fundamentals cold — paid campaigns, CRM, reporting, the works. At some point you made a deliberate move into owning content and social, and that's where you've found your groove.


You think like a marketer first and a content creator second. That means you're not just making things look good — you're building toward an objective, tracking what works, and telling the story in the data.


You're the kind of person who has a content calendar locked well in advance, can pull a campaign performance report without being asked, genuinely care whether the copy lands, and never published something that felt off-brand and thought "that'll do!".


What you'll do:



  • Own the full content calendar — planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels

  • Develop and produce content assets including copy, graphics, and short-form video using tools like Canva and CapCut

  • Manage community engagement across platforms — responding to comments, enquiries, and building audience relationships

  • Manage end-to-end paid campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta, including audience targeting, ad creative, bidding strategy, and A/B testing

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign launches, promotional pushes, and growth initiatives

  • Support email marketing execution in HubSpot — campaign setup, list segmentation, and nurture streams

  • Deliver ongoing campaign performance reporting with clear, actionable insights

  • Manage marketing operations in HubSpot including list management, workflow automation, and CRM hygiene

  • Maintain the marketing asset library and ensure brand consistency across all formats and channels.



You'll succeed if you:



  • Have 4+ years in digital marketing, with clear progression into social media and content creation

  • Have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager — setup, optimisation, and reporting

  • Are proficient in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform

  • Can write clearly and compellingly across different formats and audiences — social, email, long-form, the lot

  • Are highly organised and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball

  • Are proactive and self-directed — comfortable owning work end-to-end without being micromanaged

  • Think commercially — you connect your activity back to business outcomes, not just output metrics.



Jump to the top of the list if you also have:



  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, particularly in a B2B context

  • Short-form video production skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website CMS tools

  • B2B SaaS, proptech, or real estate industry exposure

  • Experience in a small marketing team where you've had to wear multiple hats.
