Develop engaging and challenging e-learning programs, with a focus on producing digital learning resources.

About the role In collaboration with the business, develop engaging and challenging e-learning programs, with a focus on producing digital learning resources to support our blended and face-to-face learning programs. This e-learning will form a major part of the Standards Australia Academy to be used by our internal and external customers. This role focuses on building capability and performance through e-learning opportunities, to contribute towards Standards Australia’s business outcomes. What you'll do

  • Design engaging online learning material to support business outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on time delivery
  • Ownership of key learning projects; from scoping, resourcing, building and measuring results
  • Delivery of engagement plans to attract participants to non-compulsory learning initiatives
  • Evaluate learning programs for effectiveness, return on investment and provide insight into data for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to elevated production value outputs of the team, in terms of; layouts, iconography, graphics, video, and audio
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Be involved with coaching and mentoring junior members of the team

About you
  • Enjoy working in an engaging and collaborative team (initially 5 days per week in the office, with a view to hybrid working)
  • Instructional Design qualification or relevant industry experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience creating online course and/or educational content
  • Demonstrable experience turning the complex into simple pathways and steps
  • Ability to make digital learning engaging and fun
  • Project management experience
  • Deep understanding of different mediums for creating meaningful learning experiences
  • Familiarity with blended learning
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond and Canva Pro
  • Experience with an LMS (Litmos experience is desirable but not essential)
