Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative content creator and marketer to join our Gaming Signage Division, a specialist that will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our signage solutions within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and the ability to drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives. Flexible working arrangements are available for negotiation in the role, we are open to part, full time or fixed term contract, working independently & remotely with location shoots across Sydney and surrounds with some planning and on onsite shoots required in our Wagga Wagga factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales team and divisional leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
Create Compelling Content: Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials, to effectively showcase our signage solutions, point of difference, brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to form marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and positioning our division as a leading provider of gaming signage solutions.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and events, to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive sales growth.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising (predominantly Linkedin), and email marketing, to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Graphics & Service and support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation.
Qualification/Skills:
Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments and levels of the organisation.
