As we continue to grow and expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive meaningful interactions on various digital platforms.

Responsibilities include:
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive online presence.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the email database and newsletter.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in digital marketing is essential.
- Proficient in using platforms/applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Klaviyo, WIX, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
- Passion and experience in jewellery/fashion/luxury and a genuine interest in staying informed about industry trends.
