The Role:

Digital Stand seeks a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator/Marketer for a full-time contracting position. You'll manage client relationships and drive digital initiatives, working remotely with flexibility but aligned with client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and customise HubSpot CRM projects.
• Create personalised customer journeys with marketing automation workflows, tailored email campaigns, and customer journey automation in HubSpot.
• Use HubSpot reporting and analytics tools to track key performance metrics and analyse workflow effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise HubSpot configurations and integrations based on client needs and industry best practices.
• Set up client campaigns and ensure their successful execution.
• Manage partner and stakeholder requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Deliver high-quality digital marketing services to support our business's success.
• Plan, schedule, implement, and evaluate digital initiatives to improve client performance.
• Build, schedule, and report on all marketing communications, including customer journeys, campaigns, and events.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the implementation, management, and customisation of HubSpot CRM projects.
• Create personalised customer journeys with marketing automation workflows, tailored email campaigns, lead scoring models, and customer journey automation in HubSpot.
• Use HubSpot reporting and analytics tools to track key performance metrics and analyse workflow effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise HubSpot configurations and integrations based on client needs and industry best practices.
• Build, schedule, and report on all marketing communications, including customer journeys, campaigns, and events.

What You Bring:

• HubSpot certifications
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for content review and updating across digital channels.
• Ideally, proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to execute targeted campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and write engaging EDMs (Email Direct Marketing).
• Project management skills, including handling multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Expertise in HubSpot implementation, customisation, and user experience.
• At least four years of experience in marketing communications.
• Strong commercial strategy understanding.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
