Digital Marketing Coordinator - Urgent Hiring

Clear Health Psychology is a privately owned organisation & is the largest Psychology practice in Western Australia with 16 practices and over 150 experienced psychologists.

Currently, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our head office team, based in Mt Lawley. This is an amazing opportunity that can help you grow in your career.

We are seeking an individual with a creative and innovative mindset to implement our existing marketing plans and take ownership of our digital footprint. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, bringing practical expertise to enhance the company's overall expansion.

DUTIES:

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for some of the following:

• Develop, execute and implement high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Management of Clinician profiles on clinical software
• Database management of key stakeholders
• Content creation for social media platforms and company website
• Development of marketing material for B to B clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

The successful candidate will also be required to possess:

• High attention to detail
• Experience with using CRM (Active Campaign) 
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A caring & empathic manner 
• Experience in marketing and creating content for social media campaigns
• Solid understanding of digital advertising and SEO.
• Demonstrated intermediate level of computing and use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and relationships building skills
• Excellent communication and s skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.
