Role Description
We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the vibrant office culture at our Gold Coast headquarters. 

As the Digital Marketing Director, you will:

• Lead and inspire our Media Buying team to maximise LTV and reduce acquisition costs.
• Develop and execute innovative company offerings and services.
• Strategically plan and oversee the rollout of new products.
• Align marketing efforts with financial budgets and annual projections.
• Expand our presence across all paid media platforms.
• Manage creative development within our internal creative teams.
• Collaborate with eCommerce strategists to ensure client brands meet KPIs.
• Drive marketing efforts for live events, international market expansions, software campaigns, and more.
• Ensure the effective scale of our company through cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Key to Your Success
The key to success in this role will be your ability to move quickly and effectively apply our company's innovations into selling power through paid media. Your agility in leveraging AI, software innovations, and other technological advancements will be critical in driving our marketing strategies and achieving outstanding results for our clients and the company.
Qualifications.

• Proven expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of paid media platforms and marketing principles.
• Exceptional team leadership skills to drive growth and manage internal teams effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make commercially sound decisions.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience in the eCommerce and digital/service-based industries.
• Robust commercial understanding of economics and business growth metrics.
• Methodical and conservative approach to driving SME growth.
• International market experience (USA, UK, CAD) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
