Digital Marketing Manager - Factorie Global Support Centre

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our factorie team as a Digital Marketing Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract.

You will be responsible for leading your team in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross channel, SEM, SEO and email marketing. You will partner closely with The Digital Marketing Specialist, the eCommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver on innovative digital solutions that will make a high impact. In addition to this, you will manage the day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, while leading your digital marketing team to success.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or international Digital Marketing 
• Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
• Understanding of technology underpinning platforms
• Proven ability in Developing Predictive models is highly regarded
• Experience in leading a team and build collaborative working relationships
• Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
• Experience leading omni-channel customer campaigns
• The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
• Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills 
• Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
• Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions 
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
