Digital Marketing Manager - Energy Sector (Work-From-Home Flexibility)
A leading Tier 1 Energy Brand is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on social media and web channels.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of our social media presence, including paid advertising, organic content creation, and community management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams, as well as external branding and marketing agencies.
- Manage a significant marketing budget (over $1 million), primarily focused on social media initiatives.
Skillsets:- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing either agency or client side
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices (paid, organic, and community management).
- Strong stakeholder engagement both internal and with external agency delivery teams
- Experience with social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a PR or Citizen of Australia to be considered
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or Business is beneficial
