Digital Marketing Manager - Remote - Excellent Benefits Package

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce to craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that’s as unique as our clothes. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness and deepening customer engagement across multiple digital channels including email marketing, and paid digital platforms. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to manage both big-picture strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and execute our comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning with our unique brand identity.
• Lead and optimise our awareness, attraction, and retention campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximise effectiveness ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
• Manage and execute the full customer lifecycle strategy across EDM and other digital channels.
• Innovate within the digital space to keep our marketing fresh and engaging.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing digital platforms.
• You are adept at using analytics to guide your marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Your innovative approach allows you to create marketing strategies that resonate with a diverse audience.
• You are collaborative and thrive in environments that value creativity and open communication.
