Digital Marketing Specialist

At Affective Care, our purpose is to work with people with disabilities, providers, and the community to deliver supports and services in a compassionate manner. We are looking for committed and passionate individuals who aim to improve the lives of people living with disabilities.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant and friendly Head Office Team in Campsie. In this role, you will support our online lead generation and customer acquisition efforts, playing a crucial part in optimizing our existing channels and introducing new ones into our media mix.

Your Key Responsibilities will include to:

· Create and deploy feature content across digital channels including, website, email, webinars, social media.

· Efficiently plan, schedule, and support writing social media content

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages to improve user experience across the website.

· Measure and report lead performance of digital campaigns and assess against business goals.

· Undertake monthly KPI reporting and tracking on marketing activities and projects.

· Assist with other general marketing duties as required by team.

What are we looking for?

· Proven experience and results in lead generation and/or e-commerce (minimum 2 years)

· Capacity to work on a diverse range of digital marketing activities

· Experience managing ad campaigns on at least one of the following channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Native advertising

· Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
