About the role..

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute our digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing our online presence across various digital platforms.

Your key responsibilities will be:

•  Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with No. 1’s business objectives.
• Manage, analyse and optimise all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across all digital platforms to attract and convert potential patients, including blog posts, social media updates, stories and reels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital and offline channels.
• Oversee digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective spending to maximise ROI.
• Oversee external digital agencies to drive results and ensure alignment with our marketing goals.
• Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to create compelling content, including video.
• Manage website updates and re-development as required.
• Assist in other marketing-related tasks such as event support, as directed.
   

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, within the healthcare or fertility industry preferred
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
