About the Role: We're seeking a driven individual to propel our business forward! The Digital Media and Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing Micheli Jewellery's digital presence. We're looking for an experienced, creative, strategic, and data-driven professional to oversee all digital advertising initiatives and performance marketing spend. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective digital media strategies to boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive digital media and performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Strategise, execute, and optimise digital media campaigns across various channels such as paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to glean insights and drive decision-making and optimization efforts.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage digital media budgets, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest returns while monitoring spending and ROI.
• Content Development: Creating compelling and valuable digital marketing content for social media platforms. Overseeing collaborative efforts with external creative partners. Create Instore promotional graphics and signage. Experience using photo and video editing software such as Capcut, Photoshop and Canva suite of products will be highly advantageous.
• Optimization and Testing: Continuously test and refine campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and other tactics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

• With over 2 years of experience in digital marketing, you excel in performance marketing, budget optimization, and data analysis.
• You have a proven track record of driving successful outcomes through digital media and performance marketing initiatives.
• Your extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, encompassing paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, distinguishes you.
• Leveraging strong analytical skills, you adeptly interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
• Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitate seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools is preferred, and certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
