This is a high-impact strategic role focused on transforming the digital freight experience through product innovation, AI-driven automation, and customer-centric design. You will take ownership of the end-to-end digital product roadmap for freight services, shaping how customers interact with logistics solutions across self-service platforms and digital channels. Working at the intersection of Product, Technology, Operations, CX, and Commercial teams, you will drive initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and unlock new commercial value. This role offers strong visibility, including engagement with senior executives at EGM and CEO level. It is an opportunity to lead meaningful digital transformation in a complex, fast-moving industry. You will play a key role in defining how AI and automation reshape freight operations and customer engagement.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital freight products, ensuring they deliver measurable customer and business value. You will connect business needs with technology execution, driving innovation across customer journeys and operational workflows.
- Own and evolve the digital product roadmap for freight services
- Lead improvements across customer journeys, UX, and self-service capabilities
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation opportunities across the business
- Develop business cases, ROI models, and investment justification for digital initiatives
- Present product strategy, innovation plans, and performance updates to senior leadership
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, CX, and Commercial teams
- Drive scalable, customer-centric digital solutions aligned to business objectives
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded digital product leader with strong experience in transformation, innovation, and customer-focused platform development. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and can confidently influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation roles
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle, and digital platforms
- Proven experience identifying and implementing AI or automation solutions
- Commercial mindset with strong business case and ROI development skills
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or B2B environments is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions
