About the role

The Digital Production Manager will direct and coordinate our passionate team in delivering on our digital marketing and web production needs.

You will oversee the scheduling of all internal and external activities by effectively managing capacity and priorities for scheduled and adhoc work.

This role is suited to someone who has previous experience in a digital agency who is not only able to  solve issues around scheduling but is also able to respond to key questions around marketing/web development to keep things moving.

You will need a technical background as you will need to be able to set up, track and report on the work our team does from a projects and SLA basis. 

You will work with the Web Development team to ensure our website builds align with marketing objectives. Experience with WordPress is preferred.

You will work with the Marketing team to ensure that our monthly agreements are managed on time and on budget, across SEO, Social Ads and Google Ads.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience working in a digital agency (or similar role)
• Ability to manage platforms like Jira, Monday and Float (preferred)
• Have been directly (or indirectly) involved in the delivery of digital projects 
• Have been directly (or indirectly) involved in the delivery of digital marketing services
• Manage budgets and timelines
• History of problem solving both to best suit both Client and Business needs

Important:

In your cover letter, please detail your experience in a digital agency and how you have managed clients in the past.

This is a maternity leave role, we would anticipate the role is available for 6 months approximately but there may be potential for an extension.

Historically, this has been a 3 day a week role, and given the importance, the successful applicant will need to be based out of our office for Monday and Friday, with your preferred 3rd day to be discussed.

This is an in-house position. We are not looking to outsource or work with third party agencies for this role.
