We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the planning, and execution of key projects and initiatives. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in project management, along with exceptional stakeholder engagement, alignment and communication skills and ability to foster energy and enthusiasm to create intrinsic motivation in your team. 

What you'll do

As a Digital Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing client relationships, digital development projects and initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for growth through existing client relationships
• Develop comprehensive proposals for new work
• Ability to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver solutions that match our client's needs
• Delivering projects within scope, on-time and on-budget
• Develop project plans and budgets
• Project Financial and Status Reporting

(Please note this is not an ICT Infrastructure Project Management Role). 

What you'll need

You will have the following skills / experience:

• 3+ years of digital project management experience 
• Strong project management skills 
• Demonstrable experience in managing client projects with a high component of digital work. 
• Excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple team members and multiple projects
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written) - team leadership, client presentation, negotiation.
• Problem solving skills
• Managing budgets

Experience with project management tools 

• Issues Management (JIRA & JIRA Service Desk)
• WIKI (Confluence)
• Requirement’s Management (AHA & JIRA Product Discovery)
• Job and time management (ProjectWorks) is desirable.
