About the opportunity
The Digital Solution Developer will contribute to the development, management and maintenance of software and digital solutions within the Research function as well as for requirements gathering, documentation and running their projects to successful completion.

Duties

• Contribute to the development, management, and maintenance of software systems, especially PowerApps solutions (web and mobile), SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online systems
• Develop data visualisation dashboards using Power BI
• Be keen on learning and developing solutions using new technologies such as AR (Augmented Reality), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Search engines and Gen AI
• Lead the requirements gathering with stakeholders and document technical requirements and processes
• Assume ownership of projects and work with the broader team to deliver projects successfully
• Manage projects through its entire life cycle
• Participate in R&D wide digital projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders within the function, with internal departments (e.g., the I&T department) and external partners to optimise business processes and digital systems and solve complex technical problems
• Participate in and lead meetings and discussions with stakeholders

Skills and Experience
Hold any of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT/Bioinformatics and 5 – 7 years work experience
• Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Science/IT/Bioinformatics and 3 – 5 years work experience
• PhD in Computer Science/IT/Bioinformatics and 2-4 years work experience
• Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience is required
• Need to have Business Analysis / Project Management experience
• Must have coding and programming experience
• Experience in Robotics is required
• Strong experience in a programming language, preferably Python (mandatory)
• Business Analysis and Project Management experience (mandatory)
• Strong stakeholder management experience (mandatory)
• Understanding/experience in AI/ML methodologies (preferable)
• Front end development, preferably React.js (optional)
• Experience in REST APIs (optional)
• PowerApps development (optional)
• Experience in Power BI (optional)
