Digital Test Manager

Robert Half Technology are working with a leading healthcare firm who are about to go through a large scale project.

The Role

As the Senior Digital Test Manager, you will lead the quality and test advocacy for the EMR Project. You will develop and implement test strategies, manage resources, and ensure the success of end-to-end testing programs. This role requires hands-on management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
• Lead and manage testing resources and facilities.
• Ensure quality and compliance in all test activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and support for testing activities.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in program/project management, IT management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in test management.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects within tight timeframes.
