Diploma Educator for Community-managed ELC

Are you a passionate educator who leads with heart? Do you want to finish this year in a team that truly values you? We are seeking a casual Diploma Educator to join a community-managed, not-for-profit early learning service in Elwood. 

Start immediately, with full-time hours available until the end of 2025. Beyond that, and subject to performance, you may have the option of staying on the casual pool indefinitely, or a permanent role may present itself to you.

What we are looking for

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) 
• 2-3 years of work experience in the sector, ideally in a community managed ,not-for-profit but not essential
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) & First Aid training, Child Protection 
• Reflective, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for high-quality EC education
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and team player
