Diploma Qualified Team Leader - Mawson OSHC Program
We have an opportunity at our Mawson Out of School Hours Care Program for Diploma Qualified Team Leaders.
This position would suit a current Out of School Hours Care Team leader, an Early Education and Care Team Leader who is looking to expand their skills and knowledge or someone who is studying and would like flexibility.
We are looking for people to join our team who:
- Hold or are working towards a Diploma in Children’s Services
- Have a current WWVP card or a willing to obtain
- Have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Are ready to lead a team of educators with the support and guidance of our service Director.
- Enjoy sharing their skills and knowledge with children and educators
- Build strong, trusting relationships between children, families and team members
- Have children’s wellbeing at centre of everything that they do

About the Team Leader role:
- Permanent or part-time position.
- For a full time position, you will be available to work both Before and After School Care everyday and will receive a split shift allowance.
- For part-time position, you will be available a variety of Before and After School Care shifts, with at least 4 days availability for After School Care or be able to work 5 days for After School Care.
- This role comes with competitive wage $30.84-$32.48, based on experience and qualification, with a split shift allowance of $19.00 when you work a Before and After School Care shift on the same day.
- The structure at Mawson includes a Service Director, a variety of team leaders, deputy team leaders and educators. You will be working with the team to deliver a quality Before and After School Care program at our 143 place service.
