As a Room Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs while working closely alongside the 2IC & Centre Director. 

About the role 

• Lead and mentor educators
• Run a Positive & Successful Preschool Program
• Lead and develop the team alongside of the director to deliver a high-quality Programs for the children
• Create a secure and stimulating learning environment for preschool age children
• On-site Managerial training, including completing & learning about Director Roles & Responsibilities.

About you

• Diploma in Early Childhood and Education or ECT
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
• Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Current Working with Children Check
