Direct Sales Consultant

Sales

• Cross-sell new products and services to existing customers efficiently
• Use provided information to clearly communicate features and benefits of novated leasing and related offerings
• Conduct outbound calls to employees within targeted employer campaigns using a dialer
• Work towards agreed KPIs that contribute to overall sales targets
• Foster and promote a strong sales culture within the Direct Sales team
• Provide feedback on call centre performance and promotional activities, including recommendations to improve sales results

Service Delivery

• Demonstrate knowledge and a basic understanding of salary packaging and novated leasing
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, courteously, and accurately
• Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Anticipate client needs and continuously improve service delivery
• Apply knowledge of relevant legislation and contractual requirements
• Identify and convert sales opportunities

General Duties

• Maintain accurate records of leads for reporting purposes
• Actively contribute to team meetings
