Our specially designed Newton centre operates from 7.00am to 6.00pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 112 children.

About you:
You’re an experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. You’re highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families. Your leadership style will motivate your team to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the team, you are laying the foundation for high quality care.
  
You will possess:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check
• Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• Great personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
• Experience to lead an awesome team
