Director of Care | 140-Bed Aged Care Residence | South-West Sydney | $140,000 â $155,000

If you're a strong DOC who's quietly wondering whether there's something better out there, this is probably worth a read.

This is a purpose-built, 140-bed residence in Sydney's South-West with a management team that invests in its people, says what it means, and trusts its clinical leaders to lead. Four Clinical Care Coordinators support this role. The systems are solid. The facility is modern. And the people at the top have a track record of backing their clinical leaders when it matters â not just saying they do.

The organisation has built every residence it operates from scratch. Every single one has won or been highly commended in a national design award. That tells you something about how seriously they take their work.

What the role is

Senior clinical leader in the building. You own clinical outcomes, compliance, accreditation and team development. Real authority. Real support. A Facility Manager who wants a strong DOC alongside them, not beneath them.

Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

At least 3â5 years in aged care clinical leadership

Large facility experience â 100+ beds preferred

The ability to lead a team, not just manage one
