Minor Hotels are seeking a dynamic Director of Commercial Marketing to lead marketing strategy, campaigns, and partnerships across our portfolio, driving growth, brand awareness, and ROI.

This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing for iconic hotels and resorts from our Brisbane Head Office. You’ll shape strategic campaigns, inspire a talented team, and make a tangible impact on growth, brand reputation, and commercial success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all marketing strategy and campaigns across national, regional, and local levels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Oversee the marketing budget, media planning, and agency/vendor relationships to optimise ROI.
• Plan and execute marketing for new property launches, portfolio campaigns, and GHA collaborations.
• Build and manage partnerships with tourism bodies and aligned brands to drive reach, revenue, and reputation.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the commercial marketing team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Analyse campaign performance, deliver insights, and refine strategies to maximise results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s desirable).
• 7-10 years in senior marketing roles, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or consumer brands.
• Proven experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong leadership, team management, and budget oversight skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, CMS, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
