The Client
Global businesses with offices in Australia & USA, A leader in high-noise industrial communication and hearing protection, specializing in manufacturing top-tier digital headsets for use with two-way radios and Bluetooth® communication devices.
The Role
- Looking for someone to take charge of all the Engineering and drive the internal functions someone to keep control and take control of the team. Build, recruit, drive and manage the team of Engineers.
- Own the product and launch products from design through to launch and then market
- Build next generation of the product, change the Bluetooth chips - it's a hardware and software job, rewire the embedded software, Audio design expertise & Bluetooth component
The Person
- The person would have been a key person in the engineering and product development of an audio product which is on the market, and which is also developing new products
- Ideally come from an audio background but if they had experience doing electronic products on intrinsically safe and Bluetooth products then this would be okay.
- Senior person that wants to step up and lead
- Someone who has been involved in front end of innovation - has to be a problem solver.
