Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Food & Beverage to lead our F&B operations, including Mid Air, Conference and Events, and In Room Dining. This role is perfect for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to elevate our guest experiences to new heights.

About Mid Air: Mid Air is our rooftop gem, offering a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience. Located on level 12, Mid Air serves breakfast, lunch and delicious dinners, all while providing stunning views of the Melbourne skyline. It's the perfect spot for guests to unwind and enjoy a vibrant, sun-kissed atmosphere.

Event Spaces at Melbourne Place: Our event spaces are designed to impress. From the sleek and modern Magenta boardroom, which accommodates up to 12 guests, to the spacious and stylish Emerald event space, which can host up to 300 standing or 160 seated guests. Whether it's a corporate meeting, a lavish celebration, or an intimate gathering, our venues offer the perfect blend of style and sophistication.

What you bring to the table:

• You've got proven experience in a senior F&B management role in premium hotels
• Your strong leadership and team management abilities inspire and guide our diverse F&B team.
• You are the champion of our F&B product having excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• You have the creative vison to think outside the plate bringing a creative and innovative approach to dining concepts to life.
• You meet the numbers with your financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• You keep the good times rolling responsibly having a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• You make every moment magical with your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
