Director of Programs - Excellent Benefits Package

Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking a Director of Programs to join its Australian Division.  The position will be based in Canberra, Williamtown or Brisbane. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Professional experience within the Defence industry
• Broad demonstrated experience with Project Management, including planning and managing process for maximum efficiency
• Experience in operational business functions such as finance, commercial, and employee management
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to delivery
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with personnel management and/or leading multi-disciplinary teams
