Job Description
Daydream Island Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. You will have a proven track record in driving revenue, developing strategic sales and marketing plans and lead high-performing teams.
About the role…..
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Maintain strong relationsships with clients, industry partners and tourism organisations that benefit the business
- Oversee the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation and client engagement.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Utilise digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online preseence and engagement.
- Analyse market trens and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights and campaign effectiveness
- Adjust straties based on data-driven insights and feedback
Desired Skills and Experience
About you....
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Dynamic and innovative individual with excetptional hands on experience with end to end sales experience
- Proven success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and CRM.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- P revious management experience within a similar hotel / resort environment
