Director, Talent Acquisition

You will influence enterprise-wide workforce outcomes, lead a team of talented recruitment professionals, drive innovation through technology and AI, and help build diverse, high-performing teams that power Optus' next chapter.

Reporting to the General Manager, People Services & Delivery, you'll lead Talent Acquisition across experienced hires, retail recruitment and contingent workforce, while partnering closely with our executive leadership team to solve some of the organisation's most important workforce challenges.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking a leader who combines strategic vision with genuine care for people. You'll bring a strong track record of leading enterprise Talent Acquisition functions and know how to balance transformation with execution. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy in the boardroom as you are coaching leaders, developing your team and rolling up your sleeves to solve complex talent challenges.
