More About the Journey’s team of dedicated Support Coordinators have been connecting NDIS participants and their families to healthcare professionals, providing personalised care & commitment to our clients - ensuring those living with disabilities are getting the most out of their NDIS plans. We work with NDIS participants dealing with high-level risks in their current situation, helping those in need work through life's challenges, and assist in making the right choices for them. If you’re a compassionate individual who thrives on creating positive environments and empowering experiences for others, this is the role for you! As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will assist participating NDIS clients in helping them navigate their daily life.
