As a Disability Support Worker, you play an essential role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals to live a life inspired. You will work closely with participants, families, and management to create a safe and empowering environment that fosters autonomy, inclusion, and respect for each individual's unique abilities. • Ipswich
• Southport
• Shailer Park

Qualifications & experience

• Relevant qualification in Disability Support or related field. Experience working with people with disabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check. Strong English in reading and writing skills
  
   

Tasks & responsibilities

• Offer personalised support in daily living tasks and personal care. Assist participants in accessing community activities and events. Document progress and report any concerns or updates. Adhere to organisational policies and industry standards

Pay will be dependent on certification and skill level.
