About the Role This role will be supporting a young Male participant with complex needs with ADLs and community access. The participant is non-verbal and can exhibit challenging behaviours. We require experienced Support Workers who are calm and adaptable to changing situations whilst also being bubbly.
About You - Minimum 12 months experience with high complex disabilities.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Nursing etc.
- Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices.
- Medication Administration Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Anaphylaxis First Aid Certificate
- VIC Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support
