Waterlily is no ordinary skincare company - we prioritise kindness, collaboration and wellbeing. We're looking to expand our team in our operations department and are searching for a multi-skilled like minded person, with a passion for aromatherapy.

Founded in 2004, Waterlily was inspired by a goal to create a collection of active and ethical Spa Rituals. Each product, hand crafted in our botanical laboratory in Brisbane, is prepared with ingredients nurtured from paddock to finished product. Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and available for delivery worldwide.

Our Dispatch Coordinator plays a crucial role, ensuring efficient and highly accurate distribution of skincare products from our manufacturing facility. You’ll work alongside a team of committed and caring individuals, thriving in a multi-faceted role within the business. From picking and packing orders, labelling, boxing product and inventory counts, to unloading deliveries and coordinating dispatch schedules. You'll utilise equipment and resources to ensure team KPIs are maintained, holding a strong awareness of safety and team collaboration, while developing an in-depth knowledge of Waterlily products and ingredients.

About you:

• Passionate about wellbeing, health & aromatherapy
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Pride in attention to detail with packaging, labelling and presentation
• Ability to multitask, multi-skill & prioritise
• Accuracy working to protocols, procedures & measurements
• Physically capable to lift & manoeuvre equipment & ingredients to 20kg
• Ability to take initiative, maintain a positive outlook & operate as a team
• Possess warm, respectful & professional interpersonal skills
• Forklift license preferred but not essential
