Dispatch Manager - Urgent Role

• 2 Positions available: 1 x Preston & 1 x Clayton
• Min 5 years' experience in similar role

Salt Search is partnering with a well-known Australian Company (now ASX listed) that has been established for 100 years and has steadily grown in most regions in Australia and NZ. Reporting to an amazing supportive leadership team and joining a long stable workforce you will be embraced for your operational skillsets for coaching and developing , supporting your team, peoples skills and being hands on operations

Responsibilities include but not limited to as follows:

• Make sure deliveries are on time and meet quality standards
• Manage staff and workload to work efficiently
• Build good relationships with carriers and customers
• Keep track of stock and prevent losses
• Follow safety rules and fix any problems quickly

Section Criteria for this role:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working in a similar role.
• Great problem solving skills
• Critical decision-making and influencing capabilities.
• Past FMCG Experience is desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of CoR requirements
