Do it your wayâwith great company and good tunes!

A friendly social volunteer is invited to enjoy weekly one-hour visits with a gentleman who appreciates the classicsâespecially Frank Sinatraâand has a keen interest in golf.

Your visits could include listening to music together, chatting about favourite songs, discussing golf, or simply sharing relaxed conversation and companionship.

If you enjoy timeless tunes, easygoing chats, and making a meaningful difference, weâd love to hear from youâthis could be the highlight of your week.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements

18 years or older â¢ National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare â¢

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
