Documentor/Designer - REVIT

Our client is an established and growing design studio who design across multiple sectors. Using your skills and knowledge you'll be involved from CC stage through construction, on large complex projects. Our client is keen to meet Revit Documentors/Designer with 5+ years of large local Australian project experience.

You will be responsible for CC Documentation and the Construction Phase, and eventually attend site. This role will be hands on including driving the design integrity. You'll have all the support and structure for you to be successful, and you'll collaborate with the wider team.

Your duties as Documentor/Designer will include but are not limited to:

• Produce and deliver accurate construction documentation (REVIT).
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and provide input on technical and design issues.
• SENIOR Documentor/Designer - take a leadership role on various key packages.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to work through design and documentation matters, including through the construction phase.

The successful applicants will be quality output focussed, have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
• Proficient understanding of REVIT - ESSENTIAL.
• Min. 5 years of local post grad Australian experience - ESSENTIAL.
• REVIT Documentation/Drawings you can provide to demonstrate your REVIT proficiency - ESSENTIAL.
• Relevant experience working on various complex projects in Australia.
• Familiar with Australian Standards & Codes.
• Enjoy problem solving and formulating solutions.
• Australian or NZ Citizen, or PR - ESSENTIAL
