Domestic Support - Aged Care Community - Career Growth Potential

ElectusPeople is recruiting multiple Domestic Support positions working in Community Aged Care across Brisbane. Particular areas include Cleveland, Logan and Mt Gravatt.

Applicants must be available for to accept pre-booked or standby shifts Monday and Friday (starting from 7.30am).

Domestic support duties are based around general housekeeping support for clients (changing bed sheets, cleaning, meal prep, laundry etc) with a min 3-4 clients per run.

Selection Criteria

While academic qualifications aren't essential, we'll assess competency and potential based on your experience in similarly hands-on roles ie domestic or commercial cleaning, hospitality and customer service.  Employment in Aged Care will also require:

• Drivers licence and your own car for work
• No working restrictions
• Current Police Check
• An excellent command of English (both verbal and written) to engage confidently with your elderly clients
• Relevant vacc (Covid-19 2024 Flu)
