Dozer/Grader Operators

Chandler Macleod, a leading name in the mining sector, is seeking experienced Dozer and or Grader Operators to join our prestige client. With a family friendly roster available, including 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 off.  Tuesday to Tuesday roster, we offer opportunities throughout the Pilbara region. Enjoy flexible working schedules, competitive remuneration of $56 -$65 per hour (based on experience) with superannuation on ALL Hours worked, industry-leading EAP, and dedicated consultant support throughout your tenure with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct High-Quality operations with accuracy and precision.
• Adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and project objectives.

 
Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 2 years production operating experience in a hard-rock open pit environment
• Machine Operation Certifications.
• Valid WA Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence (HR).
• Operating the CAT D10 - D11 Track Dozers.
• Operating Grader CAT 18M – 24M. 
• Proven adherence to safety standards and protocols in a mining or heavy industry setting.
• Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with a clean NPC.
