Draftsperson Position

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Draftsperson to join our Architectural Division and assist our experienced architects working on residential and mixed-use projects, from concept design to DA and CC. 

Established in 1999, Level 33 has experienced significant growth and continual success each year. The Company has an established portfolio of residential developments across Sydney, is well-funded and continues to grow. 

Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Draftsperson with exposure to delivering multi-storey residential, mixed-use and industrial buildings.

The Role

• Collaborating with Managers to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Architecture (or working towards) 
• Experience in REVIT 
• Knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
• Understanding of NSW planning controls covering exempt and complying development code.
• Coordination skills to meet program milestones
• Technical documentation and coordination skills
• Ability to coordinate and liaise with consultants, local authorities
• A solid technical background, including construction documentation.
• Confident in the ability to show initiative and be proactive
• Full working rights to work in Australia
