Proven experience in Contact Center testing environments.
•
Hands-on experience with Cyara for automated and end-to-end testing.
•
Experience testing IVR, call flows, routing, reporting, and agent desktop
applications.
•
Strong understanding of Contact Center platforms
•
Ability to create test cases, execute test scenarios, and manage defect
tracking.
•
Experience with UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
