About the Role

Working closely with the venue leadership team, you’ll help oversee day-to-day operations across the bar, gaming and customer experience while leading from the front during busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality leadership experience within pubs, bars or gaming venues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience leading teams during busy service periods
• Confident with cash handling, banking and end-of-night procedures
• Strong operational and compliance focus
• RLMV & Approved Managers License, RSA & RSG essential
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
• Someone who enjoys country hospitality, live atmosphere and being part of the local community
