Duty Manager - Cleveland Sands

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating front-of-house teams across the venue
• Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns
• Supporting team development, coaching, and performance
• Maintaining compliance with RSA, RSG, gaming, and venue procedures
• Managing cash handling, reporting, and venue security processes
• Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
• Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Current RSA and RSG certifications (QLD)
• Gaming experience highly regarded
