The Role
As a Duty Manager at Crown Towers Perth, you’ll oversee the Hotel Rooms Division during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to Crown’s brand standards. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll be a visible leader across departments, resolving issues, supporting team members, and maintaining operational excellence.
To be considered for this role you will need to have Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.
