As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting the leadership team while creating memorable experiences for our guests and helping drive a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting daily venue operations
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Coaching, developing and motivating team members
• Ensuring compliance with venue, gaming and liquor regulations
• Managing cash handling, stock control and venue presentation
• Supporting the Venue Manager in achieving operational and financial targets
• Creating a positive and engaging team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership experience within hospitality
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming operations
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Essential Requirements

• Current QLD RSA
• Current QLD RSG
• RMLV highly regarded
• Approved Manager's Licence highly regarded

The Roster

Duty Managers work a variety of shifts including opens, days and closes. The venue operates until 4:00am, so flexibility to work evenings, late nights and weekends is essential.
