Your role as a Duty Manager will have a focus on the bistro and bar but will add gaming support too. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen understanding of the gaming industry. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service and amazing teamwork.

• Have experience in gaming and a knowledge of all systems
• Have experience in training and developing team members and implementing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Amazing grooming and presentation

Experience & Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
• Have proven experience in hospitality and customer service
• Have solid food and beverage knowledge
• Have experience in a supervisor or management role
• Have Australian work rights
• Valid RSA, RCG and Gaming License
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
